Our rates for weddings are:
$75 per hour with a 3 hour minimum or
$89 per hour with a one hour minimum
and we now offer prorated rates down to the 1/4 hour, or any part thereof, after the minimum time is met.

As an example:
One and 1/2 hours would be $89 + $44.50 = $133.50 plus a suggested 20% gratuity for the driver.

Included in the price is the cost to hand wash and detail the London Executive Sedan prior to the event, along with the placement of white bows on the front and back of the vehicle. Unless otherwise requested, your driver will be dressed in a dark suit with white shirt and red tie. 

Rates do not include gratuity.
We suggest a 20% gratuity for the driver. You may want to consider taking care of the gratuity prior to your event, so that you have one less thing to be concerned about on your special day.

SUGGESTIONS -
WEDDING:
Most weddings take about 30 minutes. We suggest that you schedule us to arrive after you and your guest have entered the church. That way the car is a surprise to your guests when they exit the church. For a 5:30 wedding, schedule us to arrive by 5:55. (We should be there by 5:50)

As soon as the ceremony is over, upon exiting the church, consider making a faux departure in the London Taxi - a ride around the block - Your departure serves as a photo opt, but also gets your guest moving in the direction of the reception. Upon your return to the church, the photographer will finish the photo session.

Photography usually requires 45 minutes to an hour. We would depart for your reception as soon as the photo shoot ended.

Booking time required for the above should be 1 to 1.5 hours. If this is coordinated with the photographer, 1 hour to 1.25 hours should be plenty.

RECEPTION:
If you have a band or DJ playing at your reception, schedule us to return shortly before they finish playing - just before the reception is over - to take you to your next destination, hotel, or bed & breakfast. If your destination is in the local area, plan to book us for 1/2 hour.

FLOWERS & CHAMPAIGN:
Your florist is welcome to decorate the London Taxi interior and champaign is also available. Our charge for these additions is minimal.

OTHER:
Booking us for 3 or 4 hours is not uncommon. We can transport up to 4 or 5 passengers at a time.  Use us for transporting the bridal party to the church and reception if the locations are not too far apart, we can make multiple trips. We have transported wedding guests as well, especially if your reception goes past 10:00 pm, some of the older guest may want to return to their hotels early. Please keep in mind that we also offer airport transportation.

If you require additional cars, we work with local companies and can make arrangements for additional transportation in the form of town cars or limos. We are glad to book additional transportation for your at our cost.
If you must have additional London Taxis, we do know of more London Taxis, that we might be able to bring in at a substantially increased cost.
